Alexander Deak, MD

About

Dr. Alexander (Alex) Deak joined CMOH in 2021. He graduated from University of Notre Dame before earning his medical degree at Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University. He then completed his residency in internal medicine at Temple University Hospital, serving as Chief Resident. Dr. Deak was fellowship trained in medical oncology and hematology at MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper in Camden, NJ, serving as Chief Fellow. Dr. Deak is board certified in internal medicine, medical oncology, and hematology. He is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, The American Society of Hematology, American College of Physicians, the PA Medical Society, and is an elected member of the Gold Humanism Honor Society recognizing excellence in patient care. Dr. Deak resides in Ardmore and has six children. He enjoys watching football and is a fan of all Notre Dame sports. ​
