During your visit, you will meet many members of our professional and technical staff. All our staff, from technical to professional to support, have been selected to treat you with compassion.

Patient Navigators: Our patient navigating team assumes the responsibility of scheduling and pre-certifying all required radiology testing, specialty physician appointments and patient services.

Certified Oncology Nurses: Oncology certified nurses have developed an increased knowledge of cancer related issues. These nurses have successfully passed a certification exam and must maintain certification through continuing education programs and re-examination. The majority of our staff is Oncology Certified, with the remainder accruing the necessary hours to become eligible for certification.

Telephone Triage Nurses: Specially trained nurses are available to discuss and manage symptoms that develop between scheduled visits.

Protocol Management: Our protocol office is involved in gathering patients who are eligible for the newest treatment options available.
