Jo Ann A. Flounders, MSN, CRNP

Jo Ann A. Flounders, MSN, CRNP has been practicing as an adult nurse practitioner with Consultants in Medical Oncology and Hematology since 2002, and has been a Registered Nurse since 1975. She is board certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner and as an Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse.

Jo Ann was born in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, and was raised in Springfield, PA. She attended Cardinal O’Hara High School. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 1975, and a Masters of Science in Nursing degree as an Adult Nurse Practitioner in 2002, both from Villanova University.

Jo Ann has provided care for patients and families for more than 30 years. She has practiced in many settings, including inpatient care, outpatient ambulatory care, chemotherapy administration, Home Care, and Hospice care. Her goal is to provide comprehensive and holistic care to patients and their families, and to help people maximize wellness.

Jo Ann is a member of the Oncology Nursing Society, Penns Wood Oncology Nursing Society, Hospice and Palliative Nursing Association, American College of Nurse Practitioners, and Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society. She attends national Oncology Nursing Society meetings to continue education in the field of hematology-oncology.

Jo Ann and her husband Patrick celebrate life with their 10 children, as they enjoy welcoming new spouses and grandchildren to the family, and the ensuing family events!
