We participate in most Commercial and Managed Care insurance plans, including Medicare, PA Blue Shield, Aetna US Healthcare, Keystone Health Plan East and Cigna. If you are a member of an HMO or Managed Care Plan, you must have a referral from your primary care physician for all visits to our office. Services cannot be provided without a referral. If your plan includes a co-pay, you will be responsible for this co-pay at the time of your visit.
Please let us know immediately if your insurance information changes in any way, as it may affect your coverage.
