Massage Therapy

Services include:

• Swedish massage - designed for overall muscle relaxation and stress relief.
• Deep tissue massage - designed to release chronic tension in overworked deeper muscles and postural muscles.
• Area massage - targets a portion of the body, for example: head, neck, and upper back; or lower back and legs.
• Chair massage / seated massage - Takes place in a comfortable, specially designed chair and focuses on the neck, back, and arms to reduce tension and improve circulation.

Appointment options:

• 30 or 60 minutes for a table massage
• 15 or 30 minutes for a chair massage
